OmiseGo cryptocurrency perspectivity

OmiseGo cryptocurrency is a project of Omise. The company's operations are oriented towards the countries of eastern and south-eastern Asia. The company has proven itself well and became attractive to users due to the fact it provides transaction services both online and offline. This is definitely convenient and rational, since the user is absolutely sure that the transaction will take place, even if he/she is not connected to the Internet. The main thing is to have an application in the device.

At the beginning of 2017, the company announced the launch of the OmiseGo project, the cryptocurrency which is based on the Ethereum platform. Tokens were issued in July and the project's investment amounted to $19 million, which is a good indicator in terms of crowdfunding, compared to other cryptocurrencies.

The concept of the project is that the creators want to create a site with optimal conditions for all the parties involved, as well as radically change the work of the existing financial structures.

So far it's hard to talk about OmiseGo's success or failure, so let's talk what developers are promising about their cryptocurrency. The original thing is OmiseGo suggests the existence of an electronic wallet which will run on the "all in one" system. In other words, you can change any tokens to any local currency. At the same time, it is assumed that the operations will be carried out in the shortest time due to the fact that the exchange is in the payment system itself.

Such system helps to unload the network as it frees it from unnecessary transaction operations. For example, if you want to pay for a purchased product in Thailand and for seller it is essential to get a payment in national currency, you can pay Ripple, Monero or any other cryptocurrency which OmiseGo converts to a Thai baht. It is really convenient and less labor-consuming system that will be interesting to many users.

Of course, project suppose blockchain existing. Data is protected with the algorithm Proof-of-stake.

Another original feature of OmiseGo is the wallet, which is already has the status of White Label and guarantees its use in various fields and industries. Moreover, a representatives of any business can stylize and adapt a wallet for themselves, filling it in accordance with their own needs and the needs of the business being carried out.

So, the OmiseGo project promises us, first, to reduce commission fees when sending and receiving payments; second, the rapid exchange of any currency within the system with a fixed rate, the client receives the exact amount that he/she expected, even when the rate of a particular currency has changed during the time spent on the transaction.

OmiseGo has released tokens which unfortunately cannot be mined. All coins were initially distributed as follows: 65.1% were sold through ICO in July 2017; 9.9% for developers and company employees; 5% transferred to Airdrop; 20% left in reserve. Of these, 5% was invested in an advertising campaign made by the company on September 4, 2017. Generally speaking, OmiseGo is not even a cryptocurrency in the usual sense of this word, but rather digital shares. However, despite the fact mining is not possible here, OmiseGo can be purchased on many Asian exchanges.

OmiseGo's perspectives can be described as bright. Although the developers of OmiseGo are not very well known in the world of digital money, they have definitely proven themselves in currency transfers. Therefore, they already have their own customer base, which, of course, will facilitate access to the cryptocurrency market. In addition, it is known OmiseGo attracted many Ethereum developers to work with, which also indicates a high level of quality. What is also important - OmiseGo collaborates with Microsoft, IBM and even McDonalds. All this promises at least a sufficiently long and, for all the above facts, a stable existence of the project and therefore the promotion of cryptocurrency and its rates growth.
