The Howey Test is a legal criterion used in the United States to determine whether an asset is an investment contract, that is, a security. Its outcome decides whether a token will fall under the regulator's oversight.

A ticker is a short alphabetic code that uniquely denotes a cryptocurrency or trading instrument on an exchange. It replaces the full name and simplifies searching, quotes and trade execution.

A restart is the "relaunch" of an investment or HYIP project, in which the administration writes off prior obligations to depositors and announces a resumption of operations under new terms.

Market capitalization is the combined value of all coins of a cryptocurrency in circulation. It is calculated as the asset's current price multiplied by the number of coins in circulation.
