Mistakes When Investing in HYIPs

Beginners who have not yet found their feet in the unfamiliar world of HYIPs often make mistakes that could have been avoided if they knew how to act properly. Let us look at the most common mistakes newcomers make when investing in HYIPs.
The very first and biggest mistake typical of inexperienced investors is putting all their money into one project. That is fundamentally the wrong tactic. Always remember that your portfolio should ideally hold at least ten projects, across which you spread your money in ten-percent slices. A smaller number is possible, of course, but definitely not one single project.
The second mistake is being too trusting. The legends described in a HYIP - apartments, houses, cars, Forex and the rest of the list - are no more than a design element. Even so, it is useful to examine the legend, like the project design as a whole, for originality and how well it has been thought through. Broadly, HYIPs should be treated with a certain lightness: it worked out - good; it did not - that happens too. If you have deliberately decided to earn from HYIPs, you will have to think through a strategy and analyse the state of the HYIP market in general.
The third mistake is believing that longevity guarantees reliability and stability. In HYIPs that does not hold. Longevity tells you nothing; moreover, if a HYIP has been running a year or more, there is a strong chance its end is drawing closer by the day. Every HYIP project is individual, though, so the recommendation here is to monitor reviews and cross-check the facts - then the picture will become clearer.
The next mistake is endless monitoring. Yes, you should not dive in head first, but nor should you deliberate for too long. Of course you need to take a look and read reviews on a forum, but do it within the tightest possible timeframe: if the project looks promising, go in; if not, walk past.
Some investors have a habit of constantly reinvesting. That is a bad habit. You need to find the golden mean and be able to stop in time, otherwise it risks the loss of your funds. It is worth reinvesting only for as long as you are genuinely confident in the project.
The next mistake, like many before it, is typical of investors who have only recently started. Making a minimal deposit while hoping for a maximal profit. Some newcomers believe that by putting in 100 dollars and waiting, say, a year, they will get a profit of at least ten thousand, if not more. Unfortunately it does not work that way. HYIPs, especially profitable ones, are decidedly short-lived. At best a project will run for six months and its return will amount to roughly 100-200% net profit.
You should also not fall for very high percentages. HYIPs promising anything from 5% a day upwards will most likely run accordingly - from 0 to 5 days. The same story applies to hourly payers. Yes, many people dislike the long wait that low-percentage HYIPs entail, but such HYIPs are more often the more reliable ones. In general it is better to find something in the middle - 2-3% a day. Such projects usually have the greatest demand and therefore more investors, which means money will keep coming in and payouts will keep being made.
The next risky mistake is investing money you do not have, or investing your last money. Never take a bank loan in order to put that money into a HYIP, and do not spend your last funds. The HYIP industry is such that there is always a chance of losing. Invest only spare money that you would part with with the least regret.
Another important point: withdraw money as often as you can. Do not leave profit sitting in your account or wallet, because there is no telling how that may end. It is better to stick to the principle: received profit - withdrew it.
And the last warning for today: do not fall for the new trick of becoming a keeper. A trend has become current under which ordinary investors can accept deposits and then make payouts on them. Taking on the role of keeper carries the risk that, in the event of a scam, all the other investors will have the keeper-investor's contact details - which means they will come to that person first to demand their money back.
So, we have walked through the main mistakes, which are not hard to avoid if you stay attentive and follow the trends in the HYIP industry. Good luck!
