Over the past year Ukrainian officials filed 2,861 declarations containing cryptocurrency — 16% more than in 2024. The record holder declared assets worth 278.8 million hryvnias (about 500 million rubles) in bitcoin alone. This is shown by data from the Opendatabot service.

In total over the year declarants filed 654,159 declarations, and almost three thousand of them contained information about digital assets. At the same time, 265 declarations containing cryptocurrency were filed late — after April 1, 2026.

Record holders in bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT

The largest bitcoin portfolio was declared by Oleksandr Kyzliar, a deputy of the Khmelnytskyi district council — 100 BTC, which as of June 10, 2026 were valued at 278.8 million hryvnias. Second place went to MP and chairman of the Rada's committee on environmental policy Oleh Bondarenko with 80 BTC worth 223 million hryvnias. Third place went to an employee of the landscaping department of the Dnipro city council, Krystyna Pavlova, with 20 BTC worth over 55.7 million hryvnias.

In the ranking of Ethereum holders, Oleksandr Kyzliar is also the leader — 1,000 ETH worth almost 74 million hryvnias. Next come Krystyna Pavlova with 130 ETH (9.6 million hryvnias) and a representative of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office, Iryna Sukhovetruk, with 100 ETH worth about 7.4 million hryvnias.

The most USDT stablecoins of all were declared by the head of the Zakarpattia appellate court, Anna Fazykosh — almost 1.019 million USDT, which is equivalent to almost 46 million hryvnias. In second place is a deputy of the Odesa district council, Pavlo Shandra, with 719 thousand USDT (over 32.4 million hryvnias), and in third — the director of the Kyiv Research Institute of Forensic Examinations, Maksym Kyselov, with 647 thousand USDT (over 29.1 million hryvnias). Separately, it is worth noting that six declarations for 2025 with cryptocurrency data were closed off from public access on a minor pretext.
