The cryptocurrency Tron (TRX) has the best chances of growth among all the cryptocurrencies in the TOP. This opinion was expressed by experts of the analytical agency Weiss Ratings. Before this, Weiss Ratings had often criticized Justin Sun's project, but now it seems the agency has reversed its opinion: "The coin's PR and the successful moves of its creator have done their job — Tron's popularity is off the charts. In the past we may have spoken unflatteringly about Tron, but the project deserves credit — the TRX/USD trading pair currently has the most growth potential. The cryptocurrency's popularity cannot be ignored."

Earlier, the agency's analysts had several times characterized Tron's prospects negatively. For instance, Weiss Ratings recently criticized the TRX team's hiring of a former SEC employee. In the agency's opinion, such a move was made only in order to "dispel the myth" of a Tron scam. Justin Sun has also been repeatedly accused of plagiarizing the Ethereum whitepaper and those of other projects.

Why is it worth buying the Tron cryptocurrency and why does TRX deserve a place in your crypto portfolio? Weiss Ratings named four main reasons:
- the coin is genuinely popular and its community is very active on social media;
- the BitTorrent (BTT) token sale will take place in just two days;
- the first BTT airdrop will occur on February 11. After that, TRX holders will receive BTT tokens every month until 2025;
- the Tron ecosystem is constantly being replenished with new decentralized applications and smart contracts.

Currently TRX is in 8th place in the cryptocurrency ranking and is trading at 0.0228 dollars. Last week, only the altcoin Tron showed at least some profitability among all the top cryptocurrencies.
